Neighborhood

At Lauren Pines, we believe that community is important and that our HOA, therefore, should be active in fostering and encouraging a strong sense of community.

The HOA is committed to having events that benefit our residents. You want to experience the privacy afforded by your new home, but you also want to have opportunities to get to know your neighbors and have fun at the same time.

In 2008 we hosted "Lauren Pines Day" which featured festivities for children and adults alike, along with fun giveaways for local area residents who dropped by for a visit. Stacey's Garden Center generously provided free potted flowers to give away to all who attended. With plenty of food and fun for everyone, Lauren Pines Day will become an annual tradition for our subdivision to enjoy for many years to come!

You can read more about our HOA at the Lauren Pines website.

You'll also be able to say hi to your neighbors when you walk our beautiful new walking trails (coming soon!) The trails will run throughout 25 acres of stately hardwoods, providing you with beautiful scenery for your walking enjoyment. Don't be surprised if you come aross a deer or two on your walk, or even a flock of wild turkey!
