Builder Warranty

When you purchase this new home you automatically receive a 12-month builder's warranty against any problems, no matter how small. At the end of your first 12 months of  residence, the builder will schedule a "walk-though" with you to review any and all items that you feel need correcting. The builder takes pride in his craftsmanship and his goal is to have you feel that same level of pride in living in a quality-built home.

You will have the opportunity at the time of this walk-through to point out even the smallest of things like "spider cracks" on walls (which can sometime occur over interior door frames due to slight settling), paint touch-up areas, or any other items that you would like to have corrected.

Note that this one-year anniversary is in addition to the initial walk-through the builder will make with you immediately before purchasing your house. During this initial walk-through you will have the same chance to point out anything you would like addressed before you purchase the home.


Extended 2-10 Warranty
